The Kansas City Chiefs are one of the most popular teams in the NFL today. Of course, winning three Super Bowls in the span of five seasons would propel any team to the level of notoriety that Kansas City has achieved. However, they have also gotten a bit of a boost from the most successful musical artist in the world today.
Taylor Swift, who is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, has brought millions of more fans to the Kansas City base through her frequent appearances at Arrowhead Stadium.
While there are many fans who have expressed their distaste for the attention Swift gets when she attends games, the NFL has reaped the benefits of added viewership from demographics they had not been able to reach before.
And it sounds like they will be able to continue doing so in 2025.
Taylor Swift Plans on Attending Kansas City Chiefs Games Again in 2025
Swift spent much of the 2024 NFL season on her Eras Tour, which prohibited her from attending as many Chiefs games as she did in the past. Furthermore, her security team feels that it is safer for her to only attend games in Kansas City as opposed to traveling to other stadiums for road games as she did in 2023.
After she drew a loud chorus of boos from fans during the NFL Playoffs, some wondered if she would continue showing up to watch Kelce and the Chiefs play.
According to Page Six, those fans will be disappointed as the 14-time Grammy Award winner plans to continue supporting Kelce and Kansas City in person:
“We’re told Swift will ‘of course’ be back in the stands or suites cheering on Kelce for the 2025-2026 NFL season, as she always has been and plans to make it to as many games as possible.”
After the 2024 NFL season ended for the Chiefs in a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl, many wondered if Kelce would retire. Of course, he has decided to continue his NFL career.
And his internationally famous girlfriend will be along for the ride.
