The Kansas City Chiefs are preparing for their Super Bowl matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, but meanwhile, an investigation into the mysterious death of three of their fans remains in progress.
A chilling report came out a couple of weeks ago that three Chiefs fans froze to death at their friends’ house watching the week 17 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. According to the report, the homeowner did not realize that his friends were outside his house for multiple days due to him falling asleep with headphones on next to a loud fan. While some people including the family members suspect that foul play was involved, a new report on the situation has come out regarding the homeowner.
According to a report done by the New York Post, homeowner Jordan Willis is “facing his addiction head-on,” and is calling the deaths of his friends an ‘enormous wakeup call.” Here is what the source of the report said about the current condition of Willis:
After the shocking loss of three of his close friends under extremely tragic circumstances, Jordan recognized that he had a problem with addiction. He immediately checked himself into rehab after vacating his home and putting his things into storage.
The three Kansas City Chiefs fans who reportedly froze to death were discovered in the backyard and porch of Willis’ home a few days after they were all watching the game together. The Police are saying that they did not go into the investigation treating anyone as a suspect in foul play, which has led to many fans speculating that the homeowner could have intended to leave his friends outside on purpose.
While fans and even some family members of the victims have made themselves vocal about possible foul play, there has not been any announcement from the police that they will look more into the possibility as they have not gotten the autopsy report back. Many fans are outraged about this and think that the homeowner needs to be getting questioned for what transpired that night. According to multiple reports Willis’ story has changed several times raising room for suspicion.
America’s Most Wanted Host John Walsh Has Theory On Mysterious Death Off 3 Kansas City Chiefs Fans
John Walsh, longtime host of “America’s Most Wanted” offered a theory on how the three men — all in their 30’s —mysteriously died.
Shortly after the news broke that Willis was checking into rehab, Walsh, who isn’t involved in the case, joined FOX News to discuss his opinion.
“I would say fentanyl was involved,” Walsh said of the case on Thursday. “We had 107,000 people overdose and die on fentanyl last year and 300,000… permanently crippled or [had] something happen to them – terrible.”
“I did a case last week on ‘America’s Most Wanted’: a 17-year-old girl who went on Snapchat, and they have drug dealers on Snapchat, and they have menus,” Walsh said. “She ordered one Adderall – she read somewhere that college kids study all night.”
Walsh said the high school student died within an hour of taking the pill to study for her college entrance exams.
People don’t know what they’re buying, don’t know how much to take,” Walsh added. He also recalled another case involving West Point graduates who were allegedly not regular drug users, but used cocaine that happened to be laced with fentanyl.
“The cartels bring the drugs across, but the gangs here that mix the drugs and the dealers, they don’t know what they’re doing, sometimes they mix too much fentanyl in,” Walsh said. “[The West Point graduates] decided to buy some cocaine not knowing that drug dealers are putting fentanyl in everything… these are not drug users, they just took what they thought was a little party drug to have some fun.”
This makes the most sense considering three Kansas City Chiefs fans and their friend — who may have seemed suspicious and changed his story due to his drug use — mysteriously died in the frigid outdoor temperatures.
The toxicology report will be interesting for sure.
