The Kansas City Chiefs have concerning injury news again in Week 15 with their backfield. The Chiefs need their running back room healthy because even a healthy wide receiver roster isn’t going to get the job done for the offense this year.
Isiah Pacheco missed Week 14 against the Buffalo Bills due to a shoulder injury. The running game suffered, as the Chiefs finished with 82 yards on 18 carries. Lead running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire finished with 39 yards on 11 carries, which is less than four yards per rush.
Pacheco was missing at the Kansas City Chiefs practice Wednesday
According to Pete Sweeney with Arrowhead Pride, Pacheco did not practice for the Chiefs on Wednesday.
The #Chiefs say LB Leo Chenal and S Mike Edwards are sick. LT Donovan Smith (neck) and RB Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) are still working their way back.
All four players won't practice Wednesday ahead of the Patriots game on Sunday.

Pacheco is the Chiefs leading rusher this season, with 779 yards on 176 carries and six rushing touchdowns. The Chiefs need Pacheco healthy if the wide receivers can’t improve their game.
