The Iowa Hawkeyes are 5-3 on the season and 3-2 in Big Ten Conference play. They have an upcoming game against the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday, who have an identical overall and conference record, that will be one of their biggest games of the year to date.
Unfortunately, Iowa will face Wisconsin without their starting quarterback, Cade McNamara, who suffered a concussion in the Hawkeyes’ in their win over Northwestern over the weekend.
As they prepare for their game, though, three of their players are drawing attention to the program and going viral on social media for a different reason.

The photo generated a great deal of buzz on social media. Some of the comments included:
“Is there a NIL opportunity in there somewhere?”
“Lucky the meathead strength coach and Brian Ferentz have been canned. They would not had found this funny and another law suit would be coming.”
“Looks like an NIL opportunity for Diddy.”
One fan even suggested that a popular adult entertainment website look into partnering with the three Iowa players on an NIL deal.

As mentioned previously, Black is a defensive lineman for Iowa, which is a program known for its elite defenses. So far this season, he has 22 tackles, four tackles for loss, and two passes defened.
Large, as a fullback, does not get the ball much and is instead use in both pass and run blocking.
Johnson is easily the biggest star of the trio. He currently leads the Big Ten in rushing yards (1,144), yards per rushing attempt (7.8), and rushing touchdowns (16). Additionally, Johnson’s one receiving touchdown this season gives him the conference lead in overall touchdowns as well (17).
