Indianapolis Colts RB Zack Moss: Amid Career Year
Zack Moss, a third-round selection in the 2020 NFL draft, played his first two full seasons with the Buffalo Bills and tallied 1,118 yards and ten scores during that span. He started the 2022 campaign with the Bills, but the Colts traded for him after five games. He finished the season with 495 yards and a touchdown in 13 games between the two franchises. However, with an injury to star running back Jonathan Taylor, Moss took on a more significant role in 2023. He has rushed for a career-best 764 yards and five touchdowns in 13 games. He has also caught 27 passes for 192 yards and two scores.
Indianapolis Colts: Running Room for Week 16
The Colts will return running back Jonathan Taylor on Sunday, a big boost for the team as they compete for a playoff spot in the AFC. Taylor has rushed 100 times for 414 yards and four scores in seven games this season. He led the league in rushing yards and touchdowns in 2021.
Indianapolis will also have Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson in the backfield. Sermon has rushed 28 times for 125 yards this season. He previously played for the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles. Meanwhile, Goodson, an undrafted free agent from Iowa, has 11 carries for 69 yards this year.
