The NFLPA announced their second annual All-Pro First Team on Wednesday, a list lacking Dallas Cowboys star edge rusher Micah Parsons. The All-Pro First Team consists of the best players in football, with the players themselves holding the vote. Naturally, Cowboys fans are up in arms after the glaring omission of their star defender.

Parsons finishes the season with 64 tackles and a career-high 14 sacks in 17 games. He also added two passes defended, a forced fumble, and 33 quarterback hits while earning his third straight Pro Bowl nod. Cowboys fans headed to Twitter (also known as X) to voice their frustration with Parsons not earning the respect of his peers.
Dallas Cowboys Fans Flabbergasted by Micah Parsons Not Making Second Annual NFLPA First Team
Dallas Cowboys fans are letting it known that they disagree with this year’s rendition of the NFLPA All-Pro First Team. Micah Parsons headlined the NFL’s best defense this season but did not earn recognition by his pairs like other pass rushers.
Bruh how Parsons didn’t make all pro?
That’s crazy https://t.co/wNcORt50sH

Where’s Micah Parsons?? Remember folks, this is the PLAYER’S vote. Not that Micah needs any tackling fuel for motivation, but let him see this and take it out on the Packers this Sunday. https://t.co/dSJ4YYuEdk pic.twitter.com/jEAP5YsfQD

Micah Parsons not getting respect from the players by being kept off their All Pro list… Right before a playoff game. God forgive this man for what he’s about to do to that #Packers OL #Cowboys pic.twitter.com/4dppr07I0r

NFL Players Select Maxx Crosby and Myles Garrett Over Parsons
Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons lost out on the NFLPA All-Pro First-Team to Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby and Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett. Crosby finished the season with 14.5 sacks and a league-best 23 TFLs. The Eastern Michigan product also posted a ludicrous 90 tackles and two forced fumbles. He bested Parsons in nearly every counting statistic.
Meanwhile, Garrett finished tied with Parsons with 14 sacks. He also tallied 42 tackles and 17 TFLs. Outside Parson, Pittsburgh Steelers’ T.J. Watt and Cincinnati Bengals’ Trey Hendrickson should also take issue with their names being absent from the NFLPA All-Pro First Team. Watt led the league with 19 sacks. He also had eight passes defended, four forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery for a touchdown. Hendrickson posted career numbers this season, including 17.5 sacks and 16 TFLs. However, like Watt, he did not make it on the NFLPA All-Pro First Team.
