D.J. Moore is a class act
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore can play defense too. He broke up a squabble that turned into a near fight at the Panthers Fan Fest this week.
Moore is heading into his fifth year with the Panthers. But it looks like he has a career lined up for himself after football has a public relations member of the team. Video popped up of Panthers fans getting into a serious verbal altercation. And Moore popped in to put a stop before the situation escalated.

Kudos to Moore for stepping in. Fans of the Panthers are understandably angsty this season. The team might struggle this season as they figure out the direction of the franchise.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield is competing with Sam Darnold for the starting spot behind center. The Panthers could use Moore as a peacemaker for the team as a whole with his spectacular ball-hawking skills. The former first-round pick should be able to help the victor move the ball down the field for the offense.
Moore has over 4300 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns in his four seasons with the Panthers. That’s the type of stability the Panthers need this fighter to be on the field. And gentle enough to be a peacemaker off.
