Could the Browns Add Another Wide Receiver?

The Browns added Amari Cooper this offseason via trade, so many speculate whether the Browns could add another wide receiver to improve at that position. A few names that have come up in these discussions are Will Fuller, Cole Beasley, and the former Cleveland Brown Odell Beckham Jr.

Will Fuller and Deshaun Watson Reunion?

When Watson signed with the Browns, Will Fuller’s name quickly came up. They used to play together when they were both in Houston, so many think Will Fuller is interested in Cleveland.

It was reported that there was mutual interest on both sides, but it appears the Browns might have lost interest.

    Cole Beasley?

Beasley was released by the Bill last season after not being able to trade him, making him a free agent.

Beasley was reportedly working out with Baker Mayfield, who is technically still on Cleveland’s roster, even though it appears that he is done with Cleveland. It is unclear if Cole Beasley is even interested in the Browns, but he is a very reliable player that the Browns could consider.

Odell was previously with the Browns before being released. He would then go on to sign with the Rams and win a Super Bowl.

Out of all the possibilities, this is probably the biggest longshot. Browns’ safety John Johnson III went on an Instagram live to attempt to recruit Odell, but it’s still unlikely. Odell basically forced his way out of Cleveland back in November, so don’t expect that he would want to return.

So Could the Browns Add Anyone?

There is a possibility that they could add someone, but it seems unlikely. There’s been a lot of speculation but just about everything seems to become unrealistic.
