Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has been a polarizing figure in the NFL world since his protest against police brutality in 2016 when he kneeled during the National Anthem. The former quarterback has been involved in many rumors in the past year regarding a possible comeback to the league after he wrote a letter to the New York Jets at the start of the 2023 season asking to join their practice squad following the Aaron Rodgers injury.
Colin Kaepernick Spotted With Star Quarterback
Kaepernick was spotted on Sunday with Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love sitting together in Las Vegas watching a tennis match. While there is no information as to why the two were hanging out, Packers fans were not happy that their rising star quarterback was talking with Kaepernick because of all the controversy he has started in the NFL world.

Green Bay Packers Fans React
Many Green Bay fans think that having Kaepernick around Love will not be good for his future, and these fans had some pretty strong feelings towards the two hanging out. Some are calling for Love to stay away from Kaepernick saying that he will “ruin his career” and that the former 49ers quarterback is a “loser/fraud.” Here are some of the reactions from social media to both quarterbacks sitting together at the event:

Tell Kaep to stay the hell away from our QB

Welp he’s done

Not a good look for a young leader of a team to be hanging out with that loser/fraud

Why Were The Two Hanging Out?
While no one knows for sure why the two stars were hanging out, fans were quick to overreact to the viral video of the two. Some could speculate that Kaepernick could be giving tips to Love for him to have a successful career, or could he possibly be trying to find another way into the league? Nobody knows the reason for sure, and the most likely is the two are just good friends enjoying their time out together.
What do you think Kaepernick and Love talked about, and will it have an impact on his career?

Kap could’ve been a great QB, instead he’s a great Person!
Respect for this man who put Principles over Profit.
A rare gift in the USA today…
& I’m a proud American, so trumpettes, don’t give me your crap
I agree with you 100%.
Green Bay snowflakes ❄️ 😆 🤣
Stand up men don’t make a loser if your standing up for what you believe in… What Do we tell our kids if something like this happens to them. No matter what race you are our Amendments is what makes us human. A right to speak freely.I think we all lack that knowledge in certain ways today.
Well said.
Jordan Love, don’t get fooled by the so called fan base. Remember they Will turn against you when you lose two or three games. Kap didn’t do anything wrong he stood up for what was right.
First off it not anyone’s business if their friends you can’t tell people who to be friends with. I just don’t understand why people feel to tell another man what to do with his or her life. Kap stood for what he believes in and I have no problem with that.
That’s the problem now a days, holding grudges. Stand on business J.Love and C.K.
Kaeparnick haters sound confused and fooliish. Confoolish. They need to get over themselves. He’s living rent free in their head.
I don’t understand how standing up for yourself, correction, YOUR PEOPLE, makes you a bad guy. Taking a knee on the field during the national anthem to protest the many wrongs going on before, at the time, and presently was and is courageous. Was he a great QB, no, maybe could’ve been.is he a good person? Yes!!!! Without that same kind of protest, there wouldn’t have been a civil rights movement, African American advancement, etc .. But a lot of the privileged fans will never understand that…. I hope Love learns a lot from him…. Hopefully a horrible offensive team like the Jets sign Kaep, he’s better than the trash QB that have being z.wilson….
Not even surprised that most negative comments are coming from white ppl but there’s no racism in the United States FOH
Hate him because he torched your team in the playoffs, not because you’re an ignorant bigot that can’t past a protest against police brutality. Whats sad is we’ll never know how good he could’ve been. Watching him out run GB’s entire defense that day sure perked my curiosity.
