The Cleveland Browns made the playoffs last season after back-to-back years of not going, which usually means a raise in ticket prices for the next season, which will happen for all Cleveland Browns season ticket holders in 2024.
Cleveland Browns Increasing Ticket Prices
An article from Fox 8 News in Cleveland states, “Ticket prices for all of the mezzanine and deck level, most club-level seats, and nearly half of all lower-bowl seats are also going up, but by no more than $20, according to the release. Prices for most upper-bowl seats are going up no more than $5, and no more than $10 for the rest.
The good news is that prices aren’t going up much, but at the same time, nobody wants to see prices go up for anything.
An article from News Channel 5 states that around 8,000 people are on the waitlist for Cleveland Browns season tickets.
Cleveland has always been a great football town, so it’s not a shock that 8,000 people are waiting for a chance at Browns season tickets. Many fans had to sit through the hard years of winning none to very few games, so they will be okay paying a little extra this season to watch an excellent team.
A New Stadium Could Be Coming Soon
There have been reports that current Browns owner Jimmy Haslam bought land in Brookpark, a nearby city, that could be a possible site for a new stadium in a few years.
The Browns’ lease on their current stadium expires in 2028, so they will remain in that home for the next few years. However, a new stadium with a dome could be coming to Cleveland.
Browns fans are looking forward to the 2024 season after the great season they had in 2023, and the Dawg Pound will be rocking for another fantastic year this fall.
