The Cleveland Browns battled injury after injury last season, and it started in Week One when starting right tackle Jack Conklin had a season-ending knee injury. It never got better for the team because players would leave with injuries weekly, and two of their biggest offensive stars saw their season get cut short last year.
Nick Chubb And Deshaun Watson Missed Most Of 2023
Starting running back Nick Chubb left with a season-ending knee injury in Week Two. Quarterback Deshaun Watson only appeared in six games last year and then had to get season-ending shoulder surgery in mid-November.
Watson and Chubb are the two most important parts of the offense, and the team still responded without them and headed to the playoffs. Still, during practice on Thursday, the Browns saw their biggest defensive player get injured, which could lead to another season of injury for the organization.

Mary Kay Cabot from Cleveland.com says, “Myles Garrett grabbed his left hamstring after early drills. He took off his gloves but is still outside.”

Hopefully, Garrett’s injury is not serious, and he can return soon. The good news is that the season doesn’t start for another three months, so he will have time to recover if something is wrong. At the same time, even though it might be a minor injury, all players need to take care of their bodies because even a little injury at a non-contact practice could prevent them from playing games this year.
