Arizona Cardinals star (and highly compensated) quarterback, Kyler Murray, has officially been ruled out of making his season debut against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 7. Murray was scheduled to return from a torn ACL suffered at the end of the 2022 season this week, yet sources have surfaced that Murray will have to wait a little longer to make that elusive first start for an Arizona Cardinals team that has defied expectations to be at least moderately competitive this season.

What This Means For The Arizona Cardinals’ Quarterback Situation
Joshua Dobbs will start for the seventh time this season, having been signed via trade shortly before the season started. Despite having only started only two games prior to the 2023 NFL season, the Arizona Cardinals though highly enough of him to trade a 5th Round pick to the Cleveland Browns for his services.
Over 6 games, Dobbs has exceeded expectations, despite the Cardinals’ dismal 1-5 record, completing 62.8% of his passes for 1,215 yards, 6 touchdowns and 3 interceptions – all for a modest but respectable quarterback rating of 84, 19th out of all starting quarterbacks in the National Football League.
Let’s see what Dobbs can do against a strong but inconsistent Seattle Seahawks team lead by veteran QB Geno Smith. The Seahawks are 7.5 point favorites against the Cardinals in Seattle.
