The Baltimore Ravens had a solid offensive line last season, allowing the 3rd-fewest hurries, the 2nd-fewest hits, the 2nd-fewest pressures, the 3rd-lowest pressure percentage, the 18th-fewest sacks, and ranked 9th in pass block win rate in 2023.
The offseason has not been friendly to Batlimore’s offensive line. Two out of their five starters remain, as LG John Simpson signed with the New York Jets, RG Kevin Zeitler signed with the Detroit Lions, and RT Morgan Moses was traded to the New York Jets.
The team addressed the position today by signing a versatile offensive lineman.

Josh Jones started his career with the Arizona Cardinals and played multiple positions.
Arizona drafted Jones in the 3rd round, 72nd overall of the 2020 NFL Draft. Jones has played LT, RG, and RT in his first three seasons with Arizona, playing in 47 games and starting 21.
Jones played in 13 games but didn’t make any starts in his rookie season and saw playing time as an extra offensive lineman in the jumbo formation. He had zero penalties, zero sacks allowed, and a 43.0 PFF Grade in 54 offensive snaps.
Jones played in 17 games, starting 11 at right guard and one at right tackle in his second season. He struggled and had 12 penalties, four sacks allowed, and a 46.7 PFF Grade in 852 offensive snaps.
Jones played in 17 games, starting nine at left tackle in his third season. He did a solid job of filling in for the injured D.J. Humphries and had nine penalties, four sacks allowed, and a 75.8 PFF Grade in 622 offensive snaps.
Arizona traded Jones before the start of the 2023 season.
The Houston Texans traded for Josh Jones.
Arizona traded Jones and a 2024 seventh-round pick to Houston in exchange for a fifth-round pick.
Jones played 12 games, starting one at left guard and two at left tackle in 2023. He struggled and had five penalties, one sack allowed, and a 49.3 PFF Grade in 227 offensive snaps.
The Baltimore Ravens have a complicated offensive line situation.
Two of the five starters from last season are currently under contract: LT Ronnie Stanley and C Tyler Linderbaum, meaning the other three starting spots will have an open competition.
Depending on what they do for the rest of free agency and the draft, the players that will likely compete for one of the three starting spots include Andrew Vorhees, Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu, Josh Jones, Ben Cleveland, Patrick Mekari, and Daniel Faalele.
Which position will Jones play, and will he start next season?
