The Baltimore Ravens and All-Pro Offensive Tackle have agreed to rework his contract heading into the 2024 season.
All-Pro offensive tackle Ronnie Staley has been a staple on the elite Baltimore offensive line. Today, he helps the Ravens create more cap space for 2024.
Staley was due $15 million this year. He will reduce his base salary for 2024 but be able to surpass the original number in incentives. His original cap hit of $26.2 million will also be reduced.

Baltimore Ravens Create Space
Ronnie Staley has been one of the best tackles in football since he was drafted in 2016. He has had less than 45 accepted penalties against him in his eight-year career. In 2021 he was elected as an All-Pro at the tackle position after helping lead the Ravens to the number one rush attack in the NFL.
Ronnie Staley’s taking less base money helps create more cap space ahead of 2024. The exact details have yet to be released.
Ravens Rush Attack
Ravens continue to bolster their offense. They made big news with the signing of Derrick Henry.
They were a top-five rushing attack last year and will continue to grow with the addition of Henry.
Most Baltimore fans were disappointed with the Ravens’ playoff loss to the eventual Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs. Hopefully, the reworked Staley contract allows the Ravens to make a few more moves to advance beyond 2023.
