The Baltimore Ravens handily defeated the Buffalo Bills 35-10 on Sunday night. The game was highlighted by the rushing performance of running back Derrick Henry, who ran the ball 24 times for 199 yards and a touchdown. Two-time NFL MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson completed 13 of 18 passes for 156 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 54 yards and another score.
As one can tell by the final score, Baltimore was in control of the game from early on. They were able to run the ball at will, which is why the team ran much more than they passed.
As mentioned, Jackson had 54 yards rushing. Prior to the game, betting sites had his over/under as 57.5. Many fans were upset that he did not get the over, which led the two-time MVP to lash out on social media.

With the increase in sports betting across the country, more and more fans are placing money on various games and performances. When they do not win their bets, unfortunately the oftentimes take out their frustrations on the players themselves.
The fact of the matter, though, is that Jackson and the rest of the NFL players are not trying to win as many bets as possible for the fans. They are trying to win games by any means necessary.
On Sunday night, Derrick Henry could not be stopped. Therefore, he received the vast majority of the running plays. That is what Baltimore needed to do inorder to win.
