The Dallas Cowboys are the 2023 NFC East Winners. After an all-around impressive performance against the Washington Commanders, the Cowboys have clinched the NFC East and also the Two Seed. The team owned the tie-breaker over the Lions after last week’s thrilling win. The Cowboys went down early in this game 10-7. After Washington blocked Brandon Aubrey’s kick and returned it 65 yards, it seemed as though the Commanders had all of the momentum. Dallas used their next two drives to score two touchdown’s, bringing the score to 21-10 before halftime. Cowboys’ Defensive Dominance The defense balled out in the…

On Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys won the division with a dominating performance over the Washington Commanders. Prior to Week 18, the team only needed to win this game or see the Philadelphia Eagles lose their season finale to the New York Giants. The Cowboys started the game slow, getting down 10-7 early, after having their field goal attempt blocked. Fortunately for them, they didn’t allow a single point after this as Dak Prescott connected with his favorite target, CeeDee Lamb for two scores en route to a 38-10 blowout win over a feisty division rival. The Streak Continues The NFC…

On Tuesday, La’el Collins visited the Cowboys to see if he would be a good fit. Collins has familiarity with the area as it’s the team that drafted him and spent most of his career with so far. Collins was one of the top linemen of the Cowboys in the early 2020’s. He left Dallas for Cincinnati in 2022, to help a struggling line that wanted desperately to protect it’s star QB Joe Burrow.. This move didn’t exactly work out for Collins as he had to end his year short with a knee injury and was released the following season.…

The New York Jets have had a different season offensively than many would have thought. The team made large moves in the off season, gaining future Hall of Fame QB Aaron Rodgers and Pro Bowl RB Dalvin Cook. The former suffered a season injury within the first minute of the Jets’ season opener. This meant that former top overall pick Zach Wilson had to start once again after he was transitioning to the backup role. Many though that Cook was going to be the premier RB in New York as stud sophomore Breece Hall was coming off a brutal injury.…

Dallas Cowboys star guard, Tyler Smith, left the game with Detroit early. It was reported the next day that Smith tore his plantar fasciitis. Upon first glance, it would be assumed that Smith would miss a long period of time. Thankfully, that is not the case as he has a chance to suit up in the must-win game against Washington. Now to put on my “doctor hat” and delve into this injury. Plantar fasciitis involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue. It runs across the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the toe.  I know…

Cowboys fans have had a great weekend except for one thing. The race for the NFC One Seed is over and the 49ers have secured the First Round Bye. This really was inevitable as everyone expected the Niners to secure the conference, it was just all a matter of time. The 49ers were coming off of a game where their MVP candidate, Brock Purdy threw interception after interception, finishing the game with 4 picks. The offense needed to play well today to regain their momentum that was building before the Ravens game. PURDY. WHAT A PLAY. 📺: #SFvsWAS on FOX…

Cowboys fans’ weekend got a whole lot better Sunday afternoon. The Eagles just needed to lose one of their next two games while the Cowboys needed to win out. Well, the Cowboys won their first of two and the Eagles lost to the Cardinals. This was a game that the Eagles led by multiple possessions. Cardinals seemed to dominate throughout the first half but Kyler threw a costly interception in the red zone that Philly’s Sydney Brown returned for a 99 yard score. This was perhaps the only mistake from Murray all game, who otherwise had a stellar performance. Arizona’s…

The Cowboys’ story today was Cee Dee Lamb. This fourth year receiver is not only a star, but a superstar. As Cowboy fans, we are so lucky that 88 is wearing the Cowboys star on his helmet. Early in the game, the offense didn’t do too much, throwing a pick on it’s first possession, this draught didn’t last long. They decided to respond with what can only be described as the Play of the Year for Dallas. Dak stepped back in the pocket and had a free rusher sprinting at him. He brushed the rusher off and rolled out to…

The Cowboys started this game the Dolphins off well. They drove down the field with ease. A Tony Pollard catch that just barely wasn’t across the line placed the ball at the one yard line. What followed, was, in my opinion, the play that changed the game. Hunter Luepke was given the ball on a fullback dive and fumbled before getting into the en zone. The fumble took away a potential 7 point drive. The Dolphins then had the ball at the one yard line and went 60 yards to hit a field goal. This ten point swing was absolutely…

The Cowboys played the Bills in Buffalo, in a “must-win” game for both teams. Prior to kickoff, the Cowboys learned that they clinched at the minimum, an NFC Wild card spot. It was expected for the team to make the playoffs with how great of a record they had even though they were tied for first in the NFC East. The game kicked off and from the start, it was easy to tell the Cowboys were not ready for Buffalo. The defense got ran all over from beginning until the end of this game. James Cook had that breakout game,…
