The division performed well enough in the regular season for two teams to make it to the postseason. Both the Cowboys and Eagles were considered heavy contenders for most of the regular season. The Atlanta Falcons came up short of the postseason once again. The team has invested many of their early draft picks on talented skill position players. The issue is that the Falcons do not use these players how they should be utilized. The offense has been hard to watch at times as former top 5 overall pick, Kyle Pitts, would be left open and still wouldn’t get thrown the ball. It’s no question that the Cowboys are all in on this Super Bowl run. The team expects to lose it’s defensive coordinator to a head coaching job in the offseason. The Carolina Panthers had a disappointing season to say the least. The team made a splash prior to the 2023 draft, trading their first round picks in 23 and 24, along with star receiver D.J.
