It seems the Titans are excited and ready to roll with their second-year player Will Levis as their starting quarterback in the 2024 season. Levis showed great potential throughout the 2024 season. Some of the moments that showed promise for Will Levis was his first NFL start where he threw for 238 yards and four touchdowns in a 28-23 win against the Atlanta Falcons. Titans’ wide receiver Treylon Burks headed into the 2023 season with plenty of offseason hype fueling him. Then, in joint practices with the Minnesota Vikings, a knee injury set him back. Then, later in the season, Burks suffered a concussion which resulted in him being carted off of the field in a Thursday night matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. After exiting concussion protocol in time to practice for the late-season home matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, Burks had an underwhelming end to the season. On Monday, February 26th, the Cincinnati Bengals placed the franchise tag on wide-receiver Tee Higgins.  With the franchise tag on Higgins, it positions the team to retain him for at least one more season. The team has until July 15th to come to a long-term deal, but if both sides fail to do so, Higgins will be restricted to a one-year deal with the team worth $21.816 million, which is the league-wide franchise tag amount for wide receivers in 2024. In the 2023 season, the Tennessee Titans went 6-11, missing the playoffs and wishing more success had been achieved. One of the reasons to blame for the underwhelming output of 2023 is the team’s secondary which did not have an outstanding output for the season.
