The Atlanta Falcons offense is going to be scary next season. They already have Kyle Pitts and Drake London and now they are adding another dynamic player to the offense. The Atlanta Falcons have selected Bijan Robinson the running back out of Texas.

Atlanta Falcons Select Bijan Robinson
Robinson was on top of many draft boards as the best player available. However, the running back position is never prioritized very highly. Most go with running back by committee but no one can deny the talent that Robinson has. The Falcons could not resist bringing him into the building. He now joins a running attack that was already one of the best in the league with a wide receiver as the primary running back. Robinson should get plenty of opportunities in this offense.
All Rests On The Quarterback
Desmond Ridder is the real question mark here. If he cannot show some development in year two, the offense will most likely stall. Teams will stack the box if they are not afraid of getting beat downfield. However, having Pitts and London will keep teams honest in some way shape, or form. Atlanta is one of the most interesting teams this year. The division is winnable and they didn’t play horribly last year.
The Falcons have to love getting Bijan Robinson. It isn’t often that you get the best player in the draft at number eight overall. The Falcons will hope he translates to the pros and becomes one of the most dangerous weapons in the league.
