How will day two possibly follow up the chaos that ensued during the first-round of the 2024 NFL Draft?
In case you missed it — following a pretty straight-forward chalk first seven picks, all H-E-double hockey sticks broke out during the first-round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
The Atlanta Falcons selected Washington quarterback, Michael Penix Jr. with the eight overall pick despite signing Kirk Cousins to a four-year, $180 million deal just one month ago. JJ McCarthy found a home in Minnesota after the Vikings traded up one spot with the New York Jets to secure the Michigan signal caller with the 10th selection. The QB dominoes kept falling as the Denver Broncos stayed pat at number 12 and selected Oregon QB, Bo Nix, making it SIX…yes, SIX quarterbacks selected in the first 12 picks, which is an NFL Draft record.
With all that being said, let’s jump into an extremely important day two, which after two-straight trade backs, will kick-off with the Buffalo Bills selecting at 33 overall on Friday evening.
