Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs improved to 7-0 on the season following their 27-20 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday afternoon. The nine-time Pro Bowl tight end, once again, led the team in receiving with 10 receptions for 90 yards and a touchdown. Kelce’s second quarter score was his first of the season.
As good as Kansas City played on Sunday, though, their four-time First Team All-Pro went viral on Sunday night for an entirely different reason. Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe included the Chiefs tight end in an offensive bit that he did while speaking at a Donald Trump rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Kansas City Chiefs Tight End Travis Kelce Called “the Next OJ Simpson”
Kelce, of course, is dating 14-time Grammy Award winner Taylor Swift. After the Presidential debate between former President Trump and current Vice President Kamala Harris, the internationally famous popstar revealed that she is endorsing Harris in the upcoming election.
Hinchcliffe, speaking to a crowd of Trump supporters at Madison Square Garden, used Kelce’s relationship with Swift as reason to include him in his attack on celebrities that have endorsed Harris:
🚨TRENDING: #Chiefs Travis Kelce is the “NEXT OJ SIMPSON,” Tony Hinchcliffe said at a Donald Trump rally.
“I don’t know about you guys, but I think Travis Kelce might be the next OJ Simpson”

“I don’t know about you guys, but I think that Travis Kelce might be the next OJ Simpson,” Hinchcliffe said. Simpson, of course, was accused of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Simpson Brown, and her friend Ronald Goldman. While he was acquitted of the murders, there are many who believe that he got away with the crimes.
The controversial comedian, who is known for his racist humor, went on to call Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage, which drew immense criticism from politicians and other people from both sides of the political aisle.
While Swift has endorsed Harris for President, Kelce has not officially endorsed any candidate.
