NFL fans are freaking out as Travis Kelce was attacked by a big-time comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, at a political rally.

At Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden in New York, Tony had a lengthy comedy sketch supporting Trump. While he had some regular jokes, there is one that has sent fans into a frenzy as he called Kelce ‘the next OJ Simpson’!

Tony is known for his wild comedy and he never holds anything back. He has one of the most popular comedy shows, and NFL fans must remember him from when he absolutely touched Tom Brady at the Netflix roast.

The entire comedy sketch by Tony sparked tons of controversy, but specifically, he had NFL fans coming to Kelce’s defense.

“I don’t know about you guys, but I think Travis Kelce might be the next OJ Simpson,” Hinchcliffe said at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, New York.

“Every day, the Democrat Party looks more like a Diddy Party!”

There is no reason to make this comparison whatsoever, which is why fans are in disbelief that Tony said this joke. While there are some jokes that may be controversial but all in good fun, this one doesn’t seem to make any sense whatsoever.

Where is the comparison between Kelce and Simpson? Most fans don’t have a clue how Tony made the connection. Simpson’s story is well known and he was accused of murder. Kelce on the other hand, is a happy and life-loving guy who has a personality that is larger than life. While there are many jokes to make about Kelce, this one does not seem to make any sense to any fans, including those on the opposite political aisle from him.

Many Fans have come to his defense and have been unloading on the comedian for his comments:

“This is too far. I don’t like Travis or his politics, but WAY TOO far,” one fan wrote.

“Dude come on, you went way too far,” one fan added.

“This guys such a clown,” one fan added.

“This is desperate maga doing what they do best. Insult others because they know they’re going to lose,” one fan added.

There are many more reactions on social media with many of them being intense. Kelce on the other hand, is probably not too worried about all of that as he has his sights set on another Super Bowl victory this season.

It is a bit wild how everything has become political, and while there is a very important election coming up, it has seeped into every area of the social conversation. From sports to podcasts, music, comedy, entertainment, and more, this election has certainly taken over all areas of the social sphere.
