The NFL’s greatest player of all time is officially a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. While Tom Brady has been approved for a 5% stake in the team, he will attempt to get a bit more, up to 10%. Even though he is set to become a minority owner, Brady is going to have a major role in the team’s operations. Brady already has his eyes set on the first major move as an owner in the league.

Brady shared a message after he was approved to become a minority owner for the team:

Even though Brady is a minority owner for the team there are multiple reports that he will have a pivotal role going forward. Per the Las Vegas Review-Journal‘s Vincent Bonsignore, Brady will have a much larger role than most people would think, and the fact that he has more Super Bowls than any franchise will have owner Mark Davis looking to Brady for all areas on the football side:

“I think Tom is going to have a much bigger role than people think in the direction of the franchise in all areas on the football side,” a league source said.

Bonsignored went on to add that the GOAT is setting himself up to end up becoming the majority owner in the distant future. Owner Davis will heavily rely on Brady’s expertise for the future seasons:

“It doesn’t matter what percentage he owns,” a league source said of Brady. “It’s the percentage that the owner entrusts him to advise and help make football decisions. And I think Mark will give him a long leash with that.”

Now, multiple reports are coming out that Brady already has his eyes set on the first major move he wants to make as an owner in the NFL.

With Brady officially part of the team now, there are multiple reports that he wants to get Bill Belichick to the Raiders!

Per the “Kirk Minihane Show,” Brady is eyeing Bill as his first move as a part owner of the team, and he wants to see if Bill would be interested in coming to Vegas to be the head coach next season.

“People have told me that [Tom] Brady’s first move is to ask Bill Belichick if he’s interested of being coach of the Las Vegas Raiders,” Minihane said.

Rumors: Tom Brady’s first move as part owner of the #Raiders is to see if Bill Belichick is interested in being the head coach.

It is a crazy world we live in now, and a team-up of Bil and Brady again would be an incredible story. This also highlights that their relationship is as strong as ever. The main question would be if Bill is willing to answer to his former quarterback, which would be highly doubtful. Brady would have to give Bill the keys to the castle, the same way that Kraft did in New England.
Bill would be a major upgrade over their coaching staff at the moment, and Brady knows a thing or two about winning. It would be fireworks if NFL fans could get to see a second team-up of the two greats again, and Raiders fans would certainly welcome it!
Fans are freakin out about the report!
