Tom Brady has big plans for the Las Vegas Raiders.

Now that Brady’s minority ownership stake in the franchise was approved by the NFL, the seven-time Super Bowl champion hopes to lure his former coach, Bill Belichick to join him as the Raiders’ head coach, potentially as soon as the 2025 season.
That bombshell is according to a report from Kirk Minihane, citing people he trusts suggesting Brady would like to hire Belichick, as his first act as minority owner.

Tom Brady’s first move as part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders is to see if Bill Belichick is interested in being the head coach.

It is worth pointing out that Mark Davis retains majority ownership in the Raiders, and thus would have final say over any hiring or firing. But, if Davis values Brady’s vision and input, perhaps a reunion between the pair who won six Lombardi Trophies together might be in the works.
That said, multiple reports suggest Brady may have a major role in the direction of the Raiders’ franchise and the future.
“I think Tom is going to have a much bigger role than people think in the direction of the franchise in all areas on the football side,” the Las Vegas Review-Journal‘s Vincent Bonsignore reported.

We find out that’s the ONLY reason he hires Bill. Fires him after Week 1 just to let him know who’s in charge!

Organization needs some change. Rebuilding is likely the only way. Not sure Bill wants to be there for the next 4+ years that is likely required

Not good news for all those BB haters that the QB who is supposedly single handedly responsible for all those SBs wants Bill running his new team

Then they hire Nick Saban, Josh McDaniels and Mike Vrabel, then trade for Mac Jones and win a Superbowl. pic.twitter.com/lBzZSHLfRQ
