Former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Terrell Owens’ recent comments on Colin Kaepernick’s NFL career created a firestorm on social media this week. Owens made a few references to racism in the NFL during his guest appearance on The Jason Lee Show.
Owens said race factored into why Kaepernick hasn’t been back in the league since the 2016 season. Owens didn’t think the blowback from Kaepernick’s protest would go over the way it did. Owens said the situation highlighted how racism works in the world:
“But it really shed light on really kinda how this would works and really how a lot of the White people see us. And for so many years, we’ve tried to voice that. I mean, for 400-plus something years, we’ve been telling you these are some of the things that have been going on, and it took, like I said, who would’ve thought that it took a knee to bring all of this back to life.”

Bro… Do some research n you'll find other races die from police misconduct everyday.. the media don't put it out there though because they want to create a narrative that is a color that's getting mistreated.. which is the case, but not the only color ✌️👈

It has nothing to do with color. It's the lack of respect for the United States, a country, where he was able to make millions from playing a sport. Where was kapernick's dad his whole life ? Oh that man wanted nothing to do with his son.
