LSU had a very interesting 2023 season after a great first year under new head coach Brian Kelly in 2022 and saw themselves in the SEC title game; they took a bit of a step back last year, but they did have their quarterback Jayden Daniels win the Heisman Trophy.
LSU Is Losing A Ton Of Their Offense
LSU will lose much of its offensive production from last season, including Daniels and two big-time wide receivers, Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr., who will be picked in the first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday.
The Tigers will have to find new players to step up on the offensive side of the ball this upcoming season, but one of the players they were counting on to play a significant role will not be part of the plans after all.

Emery Was Supposed To Be A Star
Emery seemed like a guy who would be a wave of one of these great SEC running backs, but he never came into form at the college level, and he also saw his season cut short last year when he had a season-ending torn ACL later in the year.
Emery needs to find a starting running back spot for a team that isn’t trying to make the playoffs and compete for a title. Hopefully, he can use his sixth season in college as a year to prepare for the NFL.
