The Miami Dolphins were without a few notable players during Wednesday’s practice. Of note, Safety Jevon Holland and Tight End Durham Smythe were not seen, but the key name is one that the Dolphins desperately need to have healthy in order to continue their playoff push.
Star Wide Receiver Missing at Wednesday’s Practice
Wide Receiver Tyreek Hill was not seen by media members during practice on Wednesday. The star WR was limited during last week, but ended up being fine on gameday against the New York Jets. He posted a 9 catch, 102 yard, 1 touchdown statline in the game. It is somewhat standard for veterans to take Wednesday off as a rest day.
Hill is currently leading the NFL with 1,324 yards and 10 touchdowns. If he were to miss any time, it would certainly be a major blow to Miami’s high-octane offense. He is a leading contender for NFL Offensive Player of the Year.
