Shedeur Sanders strongly believes that either he or Travis Hunter will be Cleveland’s next quarterback. In an interview with Overtime, Sanders was asked about who would be selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 2025 NFL draft, to which the former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback replied quizzically.
The Browns are clearly facing quarterback issues, with Jameis Winston recently signing with the New York Giants and Deshaun Watson struggling with injuries. Cleveland will be desperate to bring in fresh talent in the upcoming roster and have expressed their interest in Sanders even before he finished his year with the Colorado Buffaloes.
“I know draft day, it should be me or him going there. Which one, I don’t know. But I think we’re the most qualified players to go to that organization.” Shedeur Sanders said to Overtime about whether he or Travis Hunter would be Cleveland’s next quarterback.

Shedeur Sanders is coming to the draft with a wealth of experience and crazy stats. The 23-year-old quarterback split his college career between the Jackson State Tigers and the Colorado Buffaloes. In his senior year for the Buffaloes, Sanders managed to throw for a total of 4,134 yards, scoring 37 touchdowns, while managing ten interceptions for the team.

Shedeur Sanders Defended By Kay Adams For Dressing Casually
Meanwhile, people have found random ways to troll Shedeur Sanders for anything and everything, it looks like. Sanders was recently criticized by NFL fans for speaking to sports personality, Kay Adams, while wearing a hoodie.
The quarterback spoke to Kay Adams at the airport after traveling to meet the Pittsburgh Steelers for a visit. Still, sporting fans did not like the fact that Shedeur Sanders managed to dress so casually while speaking to an esteemed personality like Kay Adams.

In a recent episode of her show, Kay Adams defended Shedeur Sanders and his outfit choice. The sportscaster went on to belittle those who trolled the quarterback, mentioning that she ‘champions him’ for all the hate he has been receiving. This is not the only thing that Shedeur Sanders has been criticized for.

Sanders has also been called out for apparently acting arrogant on the field and in interviews. Indeed the former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback has always been known for being eccentric on the field, but his numbers are proof that his attitude has nothing to do with his performance. At the same time, several NFL analysts are worried that this ‘arrogance’ might eventually mess with his performance.
