The Pittsburgh Steelers signed Russell Wilson on Sunday night, and he’s already making his voice heard about the team’s roster decisions. He was pleased about who the Steelers ended up signing on Tuesday afternoon.
Pittsburgh Steelers Sign Patrick Queen
The Steelers agreed on a three-year deal with Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen. Queen is one of the better linebackers in the NFL, and now he gets to come into a Steelers team that has always been known for their defense and gets to be one of the leaders.
The Steelers got a double win by signing Queen. They added a great linebacker to their team and stole him from one of their division rivals, so many Steelers fans must be pleased about that.
Russell Wilson Was Very Happy
Another person who was pleased was the new quarterback, Russell Wilson. On Tuesday, he went to X and tweeted QUEEEEENNN! and tagged him in the tweet.

Wilson is pleased about his new team’s new signing, and they got an outstanding football player.
Wilson is coming into Pittsburgh after having a rough go of it the last two years in Denver, so whatever the team does, he will love it because he knows this is the last chance he has to be a starting quarterback in the NFL.
Wilson is like an NFL head coach who has not done great. He is on the hot seat, and this will be his last chance to start if things go south. The Steelers are an excellent organization for figuring out your problems, so Wilson did land in a great place. At the same time, it’s up to him to play well, and he has shown he has been unable to do that in the last two years.
