Rams Announce Incredible News Ahead Of Week 7 Matchup Vs. Raiders
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport:
#Rams WR Cooper Kupp, attempting to return from a high-ankle sprain, had a positive workout today and his return this week is at least possible, sources say.
The next step is to see when he practices and how it goes. The team will gather more info, but today presented good news.
The two games Kupp has played this season have yielded 18 catches for 147 yards and a touchdown. Kupp was sidelined against the Cardinals after injuring his ankle in Week 2. Unlike fellow Rams wideout Puka Nacua (knee), there is a chance Kupp will be able to return Week 7. ”
There is a possibility he could be ready this week,” McVay said of Kupp on Monday, per Klein. “There’s also a possibility that he might not be ready.” More clarity on Kupp’s status will emerge when the Rams resume practicing as a team Wednesday.
