Pittsburgh Steelers Fans Are Furious After Yet Another WR Trade Falls Through

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been shopping for wide receiver help since this spring, and with the NFL trade deadline less than two weeks away, on November 5, general manager Omar Khan and Co. risk coming up empty handed.

Prior to Thursday night, the Steelers had been viewed as a frontrunner to acquire Los Angeles Rams Pro Bowl wide receiver Cooper Kupp, as reports surfaced this week that the Rams might be open to trading the veteran playmaker.

The Los Angeles Rams Might Not Trade Cooper Kupp

Following Los Angeles’ 30-20 victory at SoFi Stadium on Thursday night, that saw Kupp catch a touchdown pass in his return from a hamstring injury, the Rams might consider standing pat. Especially given the fact that there isn’t a runaway favorite in the NFC West, at the moment.

Rams head coach Sean McVay went so far to suggest that he doesn’t expect Kupp to be dealt.

Meanwhile, in Pittsburgh, Steelers fans didn’t waste any time venting their frustrations across social media.
