The Philadelphia Eagles are pulling out all the stops for the franchise’s regular-season opener in Brazil against the Green Bay Packers.
When the Eagles run onto the field at Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brasil, they’ll be debuting a uniform combination Philadelphia has never worn before; black pants, white jerseys, and an alternate black helmet, Philadelphia has announced.

The Eagles’ uniform combination joins the Kelly Green throwback uniforms and black jerseys as alternates to Philadelphia’s midnight green home jerseys.
Meanwhile, the Green Bay Packers will wear their instantly recognizable green jerseys and gold helmets for Week 1 in brazil.
Philadelphia Eagles Warned of Dangers Ahead of Brazil Game
While fans may be making the trek to South America for the Eagles vs. Packers clash, the NFL and team security have warned the players about the dangers lurking in Brazil ahead of the game.
Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown doesn’t expect to be taking in any tourist activities before kickoff.
“We’re professionals,” Brown recently told reporters. “We’re down there to win a football game. We’re not down there to see the city, do all this other stuff. This is not a vacation. This is a football game.”
Brown’s teammate, veteran cornerback Darius Slay echoed the veteran wide receiver’s concerns about the venue.
“Week 1.. I can’t wait. But man, I do not wanna go to Brazil,” Slay said recently. “They already told us not to leave the hotel. They told us we can’t do too much, because the crime rate is crazy. I’m like ‘NFL, why would you wanna send us somewhere with a crime rate this high?’.. I told my family do not come down there.”
The Eagles and Packers kickoff on Friday, Sept. 6 at 8:15 p.m. Eastern.
