Philadelphia Eagles Fire Coach
The team is finally parting ways with defensive coordinator Sean Desai after having a rough stretch in the second half of the 2023 season. Philadelphia’s defense ranked in the bottom 10 overall in the league, which played a huge part in the team’s sudden collapse. Desai has been heavily criticism throughout the season for his horrific play calling, and the team has finally let him go.
Eagles Fans React
Eagles fans are happy about this decision as their defense has been a big reason for their epic collapse at the end of the year. Many of the fans are saying that this move should have happened a while ago and that the team needs to fire more coaching staff members.
They should have fired Matt Patrica !!!!🏈🏈

Nick Sirianni is most definitely on the hot seat for 2024. Especially when you have to fire assistant coaches.

Desai had his defensive play-calling privileges stripped by Sirianni amidst the losing streak in mid-December and was replaced by Matt Patricia. However, many fans think that Patricia is a bigger problem than Desai was since he took over these privileges, and they are now calling for the current defensive playcaller to be fired as well.
Is Nick Sirianni Next?
The Eagles will have a lot of questions to answer this offseason in regards to their coaching staff and key players. With center Jason Kelce retiring from football, the offensive line will also need to be a point of concern for Philadelphia. Will the Eagles make more changes and continue firing members of their staff, or will they stick with who they have and make improvements in other ways?
