The Green Bay Packers have made it clear that they’ll be in active during the off-season again this year. Jaire Alexander is reportedly on the trade block, the team has made it clear they’re interested in adding a wide receiver, cornerback, and pass rush help this off-season.
However, there’s one name who won’t be joining the Green and Gold.

For weeks, fans and analysts have speculated which NFL team would be able to pry the four-time First Team All-Pro away from Cleveland despite their stance that they would not, in fact, being trading him.
And as it turns out, they were right.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Browns and Garrett have come to an agreement on a contract extension that will pay him $40+ million a year, making him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the rest of Cleveland’s roster given this massive contract. Here is a look at some of the remaining pass rushers that could be available to Green Bay.
