Kalepo was part of a unit that won the Joe Moore Award, which recognizes the nation’s best offensive line. The 6-foot-6, 325-pound lineman started all 15 games for the Huskies and comes to Ole Miss with one year of eligibility remaining. He should immediately start for the Rebels in 2024. This is yet another top-tier signing for Lane Kiffin. While many have been on the defensive front, this will help shore up the other side of the ball.
2024 Outlook
The Rebels have a very soft schedule to open up the season. Their first real test doesn’t come until October 12th, when they have to travel to LSU. From there, games against Oklahoma, Georgia, and Florida are the toughest on the schedule. The good news is the games against the Sooners and Bulldogs are both at home. If all of this talent performs to their potential, this could be a dangerous team in 2024.
The Ole Miss Rebels are looking to be players in the SEC this year. They have one of the easier schedules, which could help them reach the College Football Playoff.
