Nick Saban is hands down one of the best coaches in college football history, having won seven titles, one at LSU and six at Alabama.

Saban had some of the best players in the country to help him reach the mountaintop, but he had maybe one of the best assistant coaches anyone could have.

Saban’s wife, Terry, who goes by Ms. Terry, is the most important person in making Saban the coach he was for his entire career, and she is just as important around the Alabama program as her husband, Nick.

Ms. Terry was like a mother to a handful of players and was there for everybody in the program during the great and hard times.

When Nick Saban decided to retire this offseason, many people thanked his wife for everything she did for Alabama, and on Saturday morning, she will be honored for it.

This season, Saban joined the ESPN College GameDay set. This weekend, they will be live from Tuscaloosa for Georgia vs. Alabama, and Ms. Terry will be the celebrity guest picker.

Ms. Terry sent out a statement stating she would be the guest picker on Saturday. Andrew Graham from On3.com posted Ms. Terry’s full statement.

“Hi Alabama fans, it’s Miss Terry,” she said in a brief video announcing her as the picker. “As you know, College GameDay is coming to Tuscaloosa this Saturday for the Georgia-Alabama game. And I’m excited to be the guest picker. So we need all Crimson Tide fans to come to Denny chimes Saturday morning. I’ve already been working on my picks, and I think I’m going to beat Nick. I’ll see you there. Roll Tide!”

It’s neat to see Ms. Terry get the love she deserves, and it will be an epic scene to see her pick games against her Husband.

It will be interesting to see which Saban comes out on top with their gameday picks and there is a great chance they both will be picking the Crimson Tide to pull the upset.
