Having worked in the FOX broadcast booth the day before, Tom Brady went shirtless again this Monday. Since retiring from the NFL, the former quarterback has been serving as the network’s lead football analyst.
As of Monday, Brady was back in the gym after commentating this weekend. Sharing his workout on Instagram, he showed off his shirtless body, noting that his new job doesn’t excuse him from staying fit.

He (Brady) revealed that he’s recently added swimming to his regimen.
“Color analysts have to stay in shape too!” Brady captioned his post. “Added some swimming into the workout routine this year… great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once.”
The seven-time Super Bowl champion let fans in on his morning circuit, which he said was made up of “4×100 free, 4×25 fast, 25 recovery, 2×200 free … 20x Weighted step up, 20x Heavy resistance band pushup [and] 10x Box Jump.”
