It’s no question that the Cowboys are all in on this Super Bowl run. The team expects to lose it’s defensive coordinator to a head coaching job in the offseason. Dan Quinn was a head coach for the Atlanta Falcons and brought them to a Super Bowl. He hopes to do the same thing in Dallas, but regardless whether the team gets there or not, Quinn has absolutely earned a head coaching spot with the way he turned around a miserable defense in two seasons.
Is Parsons Hinting at Moving on from Dallas?
Micah Parsons was interviewed and asked about his thoughts on the possibility of the team losing Quinn. Parsons, who has had Quinn as a coach ever since he was drafted was saddened by the idea but admitted that, “It’s a business”.
Cowboys DE/LB Micah Parsons on DC Dan Quinn getting head coaching interest and this potentially being his last run with Quinn: “It’s the nature of the business. It could possibly be my last ride with Q. And if it is, we’re gonna make sure it’s a damn good one.”

This statement puts Cowboys fans at a really confusing place. Many fans expected to lose Quinn and that this very well might be his last season with the team, but they did not expect Parsons to say that Quinn could take him with him.
Cowboys Last Hurrah with Dan Quinn
Now fans all around the league are pondering the thought of Parsons leaving the Cowboys. The most popular team name that is getting tossed around with Quinn’s name is the Seattle Seahawks, but would Quinn convince Parsons to leave with him?
That is a question that will leave Cowboys fans up at night as they await Sunday’s matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Cowboys still have to pay their two prodigies in Lamb and Parsons, so it is more likely that the star defensive end just said this in a way to heat up his contract conversation.
