Missouri had an unbelievable 2023 season, going 11-2 and getting a significant win in the Cotton Bowl over Ohio State. Missouri football is coming back and could be a legitimate threat in the SEC for years to come. The program got some great news on Thursday that could help get them back to college football dominance.

Zollers Turns Down In-State Schools
Zollers is from Royersford, Pennsylvania, and committed to the Tigers after turning down Penn State, Pittsburgh, and Georgia.
On3.com has Zollers as the number three quarterback prospect in the 2025 class.
247sports.com has Zollers as a four-star recruit and the sixth-best quarterback in 2025. He is ranked in the top ten from two sites, meaning Missouri is getting a good one.
The Tigers Will Have To Go Through An Even Harder SEC
The Tigers’ future looks bright, and it sure needs to be. The SEC is expanding this season, adding Texas and Oklahoma, meaning it will only get more challenging in the most complex conference in college football.
The SEC is getting rid of the SEC East and West in 2024, so now you have to be the two best teams in the conference to make the SEC title game instead of just winning the East or West division.
The SEC has always been fun, but it will be even more fun with Texas and Oklahoma coming, Nick Saban leaving Alabama, and Missouri turning into an excellent college football team for years to come.
