Michigan Wolverines: Former Ohio State Star Doesn’t Think Any Of The Michigan Wins Will Count From The Cheating Scandal

Michigan found out what a loss felt like on Saturday when Texas came into the Big House and stomped them 31-12, and many more losses could be coming to the Wolverines.

The Wolverines were caught in a sign-stealing scandal last season that started in 2021 by one of their coaches, Connor Stalions. Michigan has yet to receive punishment from the NCAA for the scandal, but they were notified that something would be coming shortly.

Nobody knows what Michigan’s penalty will be, but one former Ohio State Buckeye thinks something big will happen and stated what their punishment should be.

Former Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins suited up for the Buckeyes from 2017 to 2019 and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens, where he spent four seasons with the team, missing all of 2021 with an injury and missing every game but one in 2023 when he tore his Achilles.

Dobbins found a new home this offseason when he teamed up with former Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh with the Los Angeles Chargers.

On Sunday, Dobbins had himself a day rushing for 135 yards on 10 carries with one score in a 23-10 win against the Las Vegas Raiders, and on Monday, he appeared on the Pat McAfee show.

Dobbins stated on the show that he doesn’t think any of Michigan’s wins from 2021-2023 will count. He still loves his new head coach, Jim Harbaugh, and thinks he is a winner, but his staff member was cheating.

The former Ohio State star speaks for many Buckeye fans who want Michigan to lose its wins, including the 2023 title.

Many fans took to social media to react to Dobbins’s statement, and here are some of their reactions.
