The 1-2 Miami Dolphins host the 0-3 Tennessee Titans at Hard Rock Stadium on Monday night for their fourth regular-season game of the 2024 season. The Dolphins hope this will be their bounce-back game after losing back-to-back games. They are one-point favorites and have an over/under of 36.5.
The Dolphins will not have their top two quarterbacks and must rely on Tyler Huntley, who joined the team nearly two weeks ago. Not only will they be without Tua Tagovailoa and Skylar Thompson, but they will not have their blindside blocker.
The Miami Dolphins Pro Bowl LT suffered a head injury last week
5x Pro Bowl left tackle Terron Armstead managed to play in Week 3 despite injuring his shoulder/rotator cuff the week before. He played their first 20 snaps of the game before exiting with an eye injury in the second quarter and missed their final 41 snaps. Mike McDaniel told the media on Tuesday that Armstead is in the concussion protocol as well as Kendall Fuller.
“Good conversations with them today, but we will – no timelines and day-to-day and just making sure that they’re getting back to full health and assessing the plan after that,” McDaniel said. “So I don’t really, I couldn’t rule anybody out for anything, but I really don’t have a scope either, just because it was so fresh and we’re just taking it day by day.”
He will not play
Terron Armstead did not participate in Thursday, Friday, and Saturday’s practice sessions. The Miami Dolphins released their final injury report of the week. Armstead remains in the concussion protocol and is out. He will miss his first game of the 2024 season, a major blow to Tyler Huntley and their offensive line.
No Terron Armstead or Kendall Fuller this week. Both are still in concussion protocol

Who starts at LT?
Although Mike McDaniel hasn’t announced who will start at left tackle, Kendall Lamm will likely get the nod. Lamm has served as their swing tackle since last season, filling in for Armstead when he missed seven games in 2023. He has played 70 snaps as the blindside blocker this season and has played well. Another option is second-round pick Patrick Paul, who has only played one offensive snap all year.
