The Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade won’t be until Wednesday, but Patrick Mahomes got a head start in the celebrations on Monday at the happiest place on Earth.
Mahomes and his family were on Disneyland a day after the Chiefs won the Super Bowl, getting some much-needed bonding time before they get busy again for the festivities of their championship victory.
In a rather funny turn, however, Mahomes had a mini-parade of his own in California.
Patrick Mahomes Celebrates Kansas City Chiefs’ Win
In a video that is now going viral, Mahomes can be seen riding a Chiefs-inspired float along with some Disney mascots.
While Mahomes wasn’t without his family and teammates in the float, there were plenty of fans who were watching and taking photos of him.
The Chiefs quarterback obliged to wave his hand among the supporters, with a number of supporters also cheering for him.

“I enjoy it every single time, and to be back at Disneyland again, after being back last year, it’s a moment that hopefully I’ll keep getting to do over and over again,” Mahomes said on returning to Disneyland after back-to-back Super Bowl victories, per People.
“The energy, the smiles, the love I feel from everybody at the park — I mean, it truly is special, and it’s one of those moments that you’ll have forever.”
Mahomes deserves the celebration, though. After all, without him, it would have been impossible for the Chiefs to come back from a 10-point deficit and take down the star-studded San Francisco 49ers.
Sure enough, Mahomes got his third Super Bowl MVP award in the process, cementing himself as one of the best quarterbacks in history and the greatest of his generation.
Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl Parade
As mentioned, however, the Kansas City Chiefs’ official Super Bowl parade is set on Wednesday, February 14.
The victory parade will begin at 11 a.m. local time, starting from 6th Street and Grand Boulevard towards Union Station. It is expected to last for 90 minutes, per ESPN.
After the parade, there will be a rally outside Union Station, with CEO CLark Hunt, as well as the players and coaches expected to address the crowd and deliver speeches.
Sure enough, it will be quite the celebration for the Chiefs.
