The Kansas City Chiefs have formally established their dynasty after beating the San Francisco 49ers in what turned out to be one of the most exciting Super Bowls in recent memory. It was a masterclass on on clutch performances as Patrick Mahomes and company showed the entire world that status doesn’t really matter when it comes to winning championships.

Buffalo Wild Wings gave out free wings to everyone in the country on February 26 to live up to the promise they made a couple of years ago.

Buffalo Wild Wings gave out free wings today nationwide — delivering on their promise to do so if the big game went into overtime. They’ve been promoting the special for six years — since Super Bowl 51 became the first NFL title game to go into overtime.
Chiefs fans appreciated another, delicious, way to celebrate their team.
“We came to Buffalo Wild Wings because we enjoy the food. Its delicious,” customer Jacob Fry said. “The beers are delicious. The atmosphere is good. The ambience is great. You couldn’t ask for better patio weather.”
It’s a masterstroke of a marketing move for the brand as buffalo wings have been tightly connected to the Super Bowl experience. By concocting such a promotion, they are able to position themselves as an indispensable partner when it comes to enjoying the Super Bowl.
They may have bitten off more than they could chew as they couldn’t have expected such a game to happen at this point in time. However, Super Bowl LVIII was a great chance for them to show off who they were as a brand.
After experiencing such a treat, neutral fans will definitely be hoping for another OT to happen in next year’s Super Bowl.
