Per Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network, the Bills are releasing safety Jordan Poyer in a bid to get the cap space underweight. The cut will save the Bills $7.5 million on the books.

The Bills persevered through significant roster cuts last offseason to make the playoffs. However, they had an obvious talent disparity that they could not overcome in the postseason.
