Waddle would be a big loss for the Dolphins. He’s a valuable offensive weapon himself and opens up the opposing defense for Tyreek Hill. The Dolphins, who trailed the Chiefs 7-0 when Waddle sustained the injury, will need the offense to play well if they want to win in Week 9.
Update: Waddle returns to the game
Per Adam Schefter with ESPN, Waddle returned to the game.

However, Waddle might not be as effective as he was before suffering the injury. The Dolphins might have to adjust their game plan around Waddle’s knee.
