Washington Commanders fans didn’t think their Black Friday firings went far enough following a humiliating loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving. The Commanders have a 4-8 record this season after coming into the season believing they were on the cusp of making the playoffs.
Head coach Ron Rivera was thought to be on the hot seat this season. He and the Commanders have underperformed this year. The Commanders announced the firing of defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio and defensive backs coach Brent Vieselmeyer on Friday.

The Commanders are making moves, but it appears they plan to let Rivera finish out the season. Rivera said he wasn’t worried about job security following the Cowboys defeat.
