The Indianapolis Colts completed their final week of voluntary organized team activities (OTAs) last Friday and are now in mandatory minicamp from Tuesday, June 4 to Thursday, June 6. Unlike OTAs, mandatory minicamp is mandatory, and players get fined if they don’t show up, according to Kevin Patra of NFL.com.
“Each club is permitted to conduct one mandatory minicamp during Phase Three of the offseason workout program. Whereas previous work was voluntary, skipping mandatory minicamp is a finable offense.”

According to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team, Daniel Scott ruptured his Achilles during practice last week and will miss the entire 2024 season.
Their head coach reacted to the injury.
Shane Steichen’s reaction to the injury

“To have that happen to him again, it’s a tough break,” Steichen said. “You never want it to happen in back-to-back years, but you’ve seen guys who’ve had injuries throughout their careers, major injuries, it’s a bump in the road. For him, you’ve just got to have a positive outlook and attack that rehab like we all know he’s going to.”

Of the seven remaining safeties, Blackmon, Cross, and Thomas have started at least one game, Denbow has played six defensive snaps in his career, and Tutsie, Brooks, and Dabo haven’t played a game in the NFL.
