The Houston Texans kick off the 2024 NFL playoffs at home against the Cleveland Browns. Unfortunately, they may be shorthanded in their attempt to win this game. Find out below who might be out the rest of the game.

    Noah Brown Questionable to Return

Texans WR Noah Brown entered this game with injury concerns. Before kickoff, he was dealing with a back injury. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Brown is now dealing with a shoulder injury he suffered in the first quarter of this wild card game. As a result, Brown is now questionable to return.

Brown has played 10 games for the Texans this season. He has 567 receiving yards and two touchdown receptions in those games.

    Houston Texans Moving Forward

Rookie QB C.J. Stroud is trying to win his first playoff game. As for the Texans, they are trying to keep their magical season alive. Hopefully, Brown is able to return to the game.

Houston led Cleveland 10-7 at the end of the first quarter. Early in the second quarter, Cleveland had an 11-yard touchdown pass from QB Joe Flacco to RB Kareem Hunt to take a 14-10 lead. The Texans answered with a touchdown of their own and now lead 17-14.
