Hawaii’s football program is going through growing pains this season. Timmy Chang’s team has suffered multiple losses and most recently lost to Colorado State 17-13. Chang’s team hasn’t been able to put games together on both sides of the ball. However, running back Dedrick Parson has provided a silver lining for a team that needs it. Parson has had a productive season and has been Hawaii’s main weapon.
Dedrick Parson deserves to have the spotlight shined on him. Parson’s team voted him captain and has been a good teammate for the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors.
