While the Philadelphia Eagles are having an off-season to remember, wide receiver AJ Brown is hoping it gets a little better. Early Monday morning it was reported that he was the victim of theft, in a fairly significant way.
Eagles Fans Go Off Over AJ Brown Announcing Thousands Of Dollars In Property Stolen

According to our very own Robin Adams:
On Monday morning, Brown posted on social media saying that his car had been stolen on Easter night. In that post, he had a message for the thief:
“To whoever stole my car last night, I’ll make a deal with you…. Bring back my car and I won’t press charges, or when I find you today, it’s going to be what it’s going to be. Take it or leave it my guy.”
The post quoted above was not up for long, however. As it turns out, that thief was not clever enough to get away with Brown’s car for very long.
He is currently in jail.
Shortly after his car was recovered and the thief thrown in jail, Brown posted the following video on social media:

Brown says in the video that all the thief had to do was turn the car back in and he would not press charges. But since the person did not do that, they “have to deal with the consequences.”
Brown also told a humorous story about his young son. While he was filing his report with the police, his son came running out and, referencing the police vehicles, said “Paw Patrol! Paw Patrol!”
“Everybody got jokes this morning, huh?” Brown said in response.
Fans were quick to react to this news story:
Philly is once again a city run by crooks and being run into the ground.

I’m a Philadelphia Eagles fan. I grew up about an hour outside of Philly. And I say this with all love and respect—don’t ever enter the Philadelphia city limits except when absolutely necessary!
